SeaSpray

SeaSpray is a comfortable 3 bedroomed holiday home which enjoys fabulous front-line sea views and backs onto a large enclosed grassed area, which is perfect for children to safely play. 

Filey beach is less than a 10-minute walk from the property via a direct access footpath.

SeaSpray is well equipped with everything that you will need for an enjoyable stay, including free unlimited wi-fi.  SeaSpray sleeps 4 adults and 2 children and is ideal for families or couples.  Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

Our local cleaners will ensure that SeaSpray will be spotlessly clean on your arrival as they know how important that this is to us and our guests.  The keys are in a key safe.  A full information pack will be made available to you so that you know how everything at the property works.  If the weather is cool when you visit that the heating is on, and has warmed the home through for you before you arrive.  If you want to change the temperature during your stay, there is a user-friendly control panel in the hall.

The Accommodation

The hall opens into an open plan living space.  The kitchen has everything that you will need if you are planning on cooking including a slow cooker, and a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fan assisted oven, and coffee machine.  A welcome back containing Tassimo pods, biscuits, a bottle of wine, dishwasher, and washing machine tablets plus other cleaning materials will be there for you on arrival.

The dining and living areas both seat 6 and enjoy expansive sea views. Bi-fold doors across the full width of the property open onto a patio which has a table and 6 chairs, perfect for al fresco dining taking in the stunning sea vies.  A large selection of DVDs and games are available.

There is a separate downstairs shower room with WC, a small hand basin, and a newly fitted shower.

The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor.  The two double bedrooms both enjoy sea views and have double patio doors opening onto a decked balcony with glass frontage to take advantage of amazing sea views stretching from Filey Brigg to Bempton cliffs. 

The twin-bedded room is at the front of the property and has a small wall-mounted TV/DVD player.

Whilst the bedrooms are not roomy, they are cozy and large enough to house built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and a chest of drawers. Bed linen and towels are provided, and all beds are fitted with mattress enhancers for extra comfort.
